Another set of model 84 propeller blades was delivered to our customer by the end of 2024.
This blade model 84 was designed especially for the 3-bladed 84-inch diameter V508 propeller, Walter M601 series engines, and Lancair Propjet and Turbine Legend aircraft.
A total of 411 of these blades have already been delivered to our customers.
We thank these customers for operating our propellers.
The propeller has a high strength steel hub and aluminum alloy blades. Robust design combined with aerodynamic and static-dynamic features ensure a great and cost-effective solution for your aircraft.
The 3-bladed V508 series propellers have logged millions of flight hours worldwide is avialable for both Walter M601/GE H75 and PT6A series engines.
Optional de-icing system is available as well as variety of surface finish of blades and spinner including mirror polish.

Avia Propeller received the validation of the EASA TC P.031 for the 5‑blade hydraulic constant speed propeller AV-725 by DGAC Chile.

The Avia Propeller is honored to be the manufacturer of aluminium propeller blades for the Hawker Tempest MK.II, MW763. Thanks for the opportunity to do a small part in bringing this amazing aircraft back to the skies, to the delight of many aviation fans.
The blades are made in accordance with original drawing, dated 1943. Each of the four blades weighs 33 kg (73 lbs) and is 1.8 metres (5.9 ft) long.

We would like to thank everyone who participated in the amazing celebration of 100 years of Letňany Airport on Saturday, September 7.
The interest of visitors in Avia Propeller amazed us and we look forward to meet you at another festival of Czech aviation.

In August 2024 we delivered new blades 6903A-10, which we manufacture under license from Hamilton Sundstrand.
The blade 6903A-10 is designed for the Hamilton propeller 43E60 and Canadair CL-215 aircraft.
One blade weighs 52 kg (115 lbs) and the length of one blade is 2.1 metres (6.85 ft).
Special procedures such as shotpeening of the shank taperbore, profile part and also coldrolling of the blade shank radius are used in the manufacturing process.
Thank you so much to all partners who helped us complete these blades for this great Canadair CL-215 aircraft.
We are happy to help keep these firefighting aircraft in the sky to protect lives and property around the world.

The 320th propeller of the AV-725 series was produced in January 2024.
It is propeller AV-725-1-E-C-F-R(W)/CFR230-433 which is used on Czech L 410 UVP-E20 commuter aircraft fitted with two H80-200 turboprop engines.
This propeller model was EASA certified in 2011 and is validated in the USA and many other countries.
Proven, reliable, modular, cost effective hydraulic propeller perfectly suited for commuter operation in all weather conditions including icing.
